In the garage of our founder, Steven Dee. We’ve been delivering products of exceptional quality since 1991 and since that time have expanded our services across the world to North America, Europe and Asia. Our skills in managing projects from initial concept & design to toolmaking and delivery of a completed product have allowed us to build a firstrate reputation amongst our diverse range of clients.

Steve
Founder & Senior Advisor
Steve started Deeps Engineering in his Nelson Bay garage in 1991. Working hard to grow the business to where it is today. He is now the Senior Advisor to the rest of the Management Team.
Mitchell
General Manager - Exinlight Division
Mitchell started with Deeps Engineering in 2008. He handles the day to day runnings of the Exinlight side of our business, new moulding enquiries and tool design as well as accounts.
Rachel
General Manager - Deeps Division
Rachel began working at Deeps Engineering in 2017. Rachel now handles the day to day running of Deeps Engineering, including production.
Nathan
Quality Control & Logistics Manager
Nathan started in 2017 as our truck driver. In 2023, Nathan was promoted to Logistics Manager. When Nathan isn't handling the logistics side of the business he's busy mixing all of the materials for production.
Adam
Factory Manager
Adam has been with us at Deeps Engineering for 13 years and stepped in to the Factory Manager role at the beginning of 2025.
Alex
Sales & Marketing Manager
Alex joined the team in late 2024 after looking for a career change. She took over the role of Sales & Marketing Manager to boost the sales of our proprietary lines. Alex has been a great asset to our team taking on the responsibilities of her position and striving to get the Stack n Pots and Exinlight names out there.
